Yep, it was from Willams-Sonoma. I can't find it on their website anymore, but Amazon has lots of them. They're called <a href="http://www.amazon.com/s/qid=1231208655/ref=sr_nr_n_0?keywords=mini%20cheesecake&bbn=284507&rnid=1063498&rh=i:aps,k:mini%20cheesecake,i:garden,n:1055398,n:284507" rel="nofollow">mini cheesecake pans</a>.

I hear the recipe was simple: flour, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika (lots of those seasonings, it had some kick), plus a little buttermilk to make the breading have a bit of a crumb. Crisco in a cast iron skillet; enjoy.

Those look great! I am going to have to try this. :)

Also, I totally agree with you about the bittersweets being necessary to cut the sweetness of milk and white. AWhile ago, I didn't have bittersweets but just kind of shrugged and made them anyway. Big mistake. Luckily, I only made a tray rather than the whole batch so I was able to just freeze the dough to use for my next cookie dough ice cream attempt. It's just not as good without those bittersweet chips!

Limoncello, I just discovered the flavor of this and can I just say "YUM!" Your cake looks really good and kudos on making everything but the buttercream in one day. I took 3 days to make mine. Great job!

I agree about the flavor of this cake. It was nice, but not for me. My parents and in-laws loved it though. I think you need to be over 50 to really enjoy this one.

I had to bake mine longer as well. And the 2 oz. scoops seemed too big so I made mine into 1 oz pops and they were much better.
